Yes! All our Makhana are naturally 100% gluten-free. Most of our flavors are entirely plant-based/vegan, with the exception of our Aged White Cheddar which contains dairy.

We source only AAA jumbo grade (6+ Suta) lotus seeds directly from the farmers in Eastern India. We roast them slowly without heavy oils and season them with chef-crafted ingredients, ensuring superior crunch and flavor.

Our packaging is designed to lock in the crunch. Unopened, they have a shelf life of 6-9 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within a week and keeping the pouch tightly sealed.
